Please review Covid-19 standards below:

We are doing all we can to ensure your future visits at haar are safe. Changes are being made to our scheduling to ensure time between guests in order to disinfect. We are seeking out resources for personal protective equipment and additional disinfecting supplies. Minor adjustments are being made to the salon environment to create sanitize-able and isolated stations.

What we need from you when you visit haar:

1.    You MUST cancel your appointment if you have been in contact with anyone with symptoms and/or if you have ANY symptoms that could be construed as Covid-19. (Fever, cough, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell.) Symptoms you may characterize as "allergies" will be considered as well. If you work on the front lines of any essential industry, our cancellation policy will be forgiven for Covid-19 related cancellations. If you visit haar and we a recognize any of the above symptoms, you will be asked to forego your visit and will be responsible for the cancellation and fees associated with it. Please see www.haar.boutique/policies.

2.    You MUST wait in your vehicle until your receive a call or text message from us that you may enter the salon. Mobile check in will be available for to complete while waiting in your vehicle. If we neglect to message you, please come in at the time of your appointment. : )

3.    You MUST wear a mask at all times while inside the salon. You are required to provide your own Personal Protective Equipment. Guests receiving chemical services will be allotted one disposable mask during the chemical process. Guests in need of additional or initial masks to enter the location will see a $1 charge per PPE on their service ticket at checkout. Haar team members and guests will work together to ensure enough breaks are taken during long visits to get air outside and wash hands regularly. 4.   You MUST immediately wash your hands in the restroom upon entering and throughout your visit.

5.  No one other than those receiving services are permitted in the salon. Please refrain from bringing children during your visit. If you child is in need of a visit we will schedule them separately. Guests are not permitted to bring family members to wait in the waiting room during their visit.

6. We are asking all guests to inform us if they have tested positive for Covid-19 within 14 days following their haar appointment. If you have been tested and are awaiting results, you are required to cancel your appointment until you receive your results.

7. Be patient with us in rescheduling. Childcare and limitations due to social distancing will create challenges to get everyone in as soon as we’d like.

Any Holiday Gift of Beauty appointments rescheduled due to Covid-19 precautions will be honored for up to one month after expiration date of gift.

Any guest providing misleading information about their health related to this pandemic and any guests not following state and government health regulations within 14 days of their appointment will be suspended from services at haar until the Covid-19 Pandemic is no longer a concern in the United States.

We have reservations opening during this global crisis and are doing all we can, on our end, to provide a safe environment for you. Our goal is for you to receive the same level of service as before while sending you to your family without concern. We would like the same from you.

This is a brief list of expectations. There are many for us as well. We take this pandemic very seriously and will follow any state and federal regulations or recommendations to maintain the health and safety of our guest, family and ourselves. More detailed standards are available at https://www.haar.boutique/Covid-19. Printed standards will be available at the salon once we reopen. If you are uncomfortable with any of our changes feel free to let us know how we can better care for you while supporting the safety regulations.
