To protect your experience and respect our team’s time,
Haar Beauty Boutique enforces the following policies.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Policies are subject to change without notice.

Tardiness Policy
We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your service being shortened or forfeited to remain on schedule for other guests.

The full cost of the originally scheduled service will still apply.

We do not rush or compromise service quality to accommodate late arrivals.
If you expect to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Missed time due to tardiness is subject to the Cancellation & Reschedule Policy below.
Cancellation &
Reschedule Policy

Standard Appointments: Require at least 24 hours’ notice

Special Event Appointments (weddings, proms, etc.): Require 48 hours’ notice due to preparation and staffing needs
Late cancellations or reschedules will incur a 20% fee per service canceled, which must be paid before rebooking.
Example:
Hybrid Lash Set – $141
Late Cancellation Fee – $28.20

Booking Policy
(Repeat Cancellations & No-Shows)
If you late cancel, reschedule without at least 24 hours’ notice, or no-show three (3) times within a 12-month period, you will be enrolled in our 48-Hour Booking Program and online booking privileges will be removed.

48-Hour Booking Program
Once enrolled:

Appointments may only be booked within 48 hours, based on availability

Online booking access is disabled during this period

Appointments must be scheduled by contacting the salon directly

Continued late changes may further limit booking to same-day only
-
After 6 consecutive months without issues, full booking privileges will be restored
