To protect your experience and respect our team’s time,

Haar Beauty Boutique enforces the following policies.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Policies may be updated periodically.

The terms communicated at the time of booking will apply to your appointment.

Tardiness Policy

We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your service being shortened or forfeited to remain on schedule for other guests.

  • The full cost of the originally scheduled service will still apply.

  • We do not rush or compromise service quality to accommodate late arrivals.

If you expect to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Missed time due to tardiness is subject to the Cancellation & Reschedule Policy below.

Cancellation, No-Show &
Reschedule Policy

  • Standard Appointments: Require at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Special Event Appointments (weddings, proms, etc.): Require 48 hours’ notice due to preparation and staffing needs

Late cancellations, late reschedules, and no-shows will incur a 30% fee per service reserved.

Cancellations and reschedules made within a few hours of the scheduled appointment may be classified as a no-show due to the limited opportunity to fill the reserved time.

All outstanding cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.

We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at management's discretion.

Booking Policy

(Repeat Cancellations & No-Shows)

Guests with 3 no-shows, late cancellations, or late reschedules within a 12-month period will automatically be placed in our 48-Hour Booking Program.

48-Hour Booking Program

  • While in the 48-Hour Booking Program, online booking privileges will be disabled. Appointments may only be scheduled directly with haar beauty boutique within 48 hours of the desired appointment time and are subject to availability.

  • All outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before an appointment can be scheduled.

  • The 48-Hour Booking Program is intended to provide an opportunity to re-establish consistent appointment attendance. Further late cancellations, late reschedules, or no-shows while in the program may result in permanent discontinuation of booking privileges with haar beauty boutique.

  • Creating or using another guest profile to bypass booking restrictions or outstanding fees is considered a violation of this policy. Any appointment booked in this manner will be canceled and may result in permanent discontinuation of booking privileges.

  • Guests in the 48-Hour Booking Program may regain standard booking privileges after six consecutive months without a late cancellation, late reschedule, or no-show. Reinstatement of standard booking privileges is at the discretion of haar beauty boutique.
