      • Expires 5 years from original purchase date.

      • If lost or stolen replacement is only available with sales receipt or with request from original purchaser. Lost or stolen card replacement fee of $2.
      • If card is stolen and redeemed, seller is not responsible for amount of redemption. Information can be obtained by local police authorities upon request.
      • Balance inquiries can be made during business hours by calling or texting haar lash, brow & beauty boutique at (724) 246-haar (4227).
      • We reserve the right to void Gift Cards (including balance), and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, used, or applied to any haar purchase fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.
      • We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift card or gift card balance.
      • Any dispute or claim relating in any way to Gift Cards or your Amazon.com Balance will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The U.S. Federal Arbitration Act and U.S. federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.
