Who does not qualify?

a referral does not qualify if they have received services at haar in the past.

 

a referral does not qualify if they are under 16 years of age. 

* unless it is for a formal event excluding weddings.

a referral does not qualify if their actions or behaviors do not align with the haar experience. please know that haar management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

some reasons that service might be refused include:
- use of offensive language
- drug use or apparent signs of drug use
- clients with untreated or open wounds
- clients with exposed infection or contagious condition
- clients suffering from parasite infestations (lice, scabies, etc.)
- showing signs of intoxication
- improper behavior to staff or other guests
- refusal to pay for services performed
- destruction of property

- theft of property of haar, haar employees, or other guests.
- clients insisting on services that are not recommended for their hair
- clients requesting services that are not in line with haar's brand

 

though our intent is to take care of any client that wants to feel beautiful; there are times when we realize we will not be able to make a client happy.

referrals will be valid for 6 months from the date you submit this form. don't worry, you can resubmit them again next time.
